Why do some spells have the name of the person who created it and others do not? For instance, "Baldur's Chilly Hands" while another spell might simply be "Healing"?
They are specific spells that were first heard of and seen by the that mage using them. Healing is a spell many had access to thus not named. Those named spells are a way of honoring the mage who came up with the spell after years of research.
