Mind Your Hack Hacks Mind
I think this has a lot to do with your intelligence level. Many smart people seem to find a way to use more of their minds and have a knack of remembering some stuff. Plus you have people who have a brain that remembers everything I believe that is what many people call a photographic memory. I may not be the smartest person on this earth but I do use the powers of my mind to keep me healthy. I do meditate at times to help clear my mind too.
