I have a feeling that he moved to the point that it caused the stylist to accidentally cut his ear. I have a feeling that the two different positions would be interesting to hear but it should not be something on is arrested over.

No, the article clearly shows the stylist was going psycho. Shaved a path straight down the guys head after the nick on the ear. Hairdresser was bonkers.
