Use of mobile devices at home can carry conflict to workplace, study says. Researchers have found that using a mobile device at home for work purposes has negative implications for the employee's work life and also their spouse. Source 4c.

I for one do not have a work mobile phone so I do not have to worry about using it for work. I do use my personal mobile phone while at work for both personal and work place activities. I do know I do not take any work home with me.

I have cut back on mobile fees and just route all my personal calls to my work mobile via Google Voice. I try to keep from working when home too, but do have to check back for on call duties.
