2-year-old found dead in car outside home owned by Tenn. Mayor. The home where police found a 2-year-old child dead after being left in a vehicle overnight belongs to Jerry Kirkman, mayor of Westmoreland, Tenn. Source 9k.

Car Mayors Dead Old Year

I hope they find out what happened and how the child was left in a car over night. The fact that the house belongs to the Mayor makes it interesting. We do not know if it is the mayors residence or a rental property.
