D.C. police are looking for a "dangerous" 17-year-old who authorities said escaped while being transferred from the D.C. Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services to a secure treatment facility outside Washington.

Teenager Escaped Seeking Police
I place the blame for this escapee in the hands of law enforcement officers who did not enter the required information in the system to keep the kid once he was found. Now that he is gone again maybe some one can get of their lazy behind and get the information entered so next time he is caught he is kept.
