Thieves Taking The Bait

While you might hope that people will be honest- many are not. I've had an old phone accidentally drop from my pants. When I called the number the person thought nothing else but to keep the phone for themselves. While it was an old phone and they probably just wanted the credit it was disheartening that they could not say, "Yes, I have your phone please come collect it". Now on to the video....

I do not know how many tries it took for this to happen or where they did their prank but I did notice that in almost each case the person was black. Were they going to black neighborhoods?
