What If Men Wore Make Up Like Women

I was answering the discussion about women overdoing it with makeup and it made me think about if the tables were turned. What if we lived in a world where it were perfectly acceptable for men to wear make up like they did during the Victorian period but lets say they wear it now, just like women do without any taboos whatsoever. How would women feel about men if they caked it on?
