Attorney pleads guilty in Vallejo kidnapping

A Harvard-educated attorney pleaded guilty yesterday to kidnapping a Vallejo woman in 2015, closing a chapter in a bizarre case that police initially considered a hoax. Prosecutors said Matthew Muller, 39, abducted the woman for two days. Ref. Source 9q.

I just read these and I don't remember hearing about any of this. This is a sick man, sick in an evil way. 40 years is not enough.

I am glad that he was sentenced to 40 years. I have seen a lot of sick demented people get less than a year in some cases because they were young men. I think seeing a real sentence handed out may help see others getting real sentences instead of a slap on the wrist for attacking women.
