What's the most effective way (Examples) to use the Deck of Illusions as described in Dungeons & Dragons 5e?
A part of the problem with the deck of illusions is the result is random. It can be anything from a dragon to a goblin.
As a result, I would say that the best use would be situations where it doesn't matter what you draw. Distracting attention away from where you hide would be a prime example.
