The litter in the box will be shifted with the waste being put below the litter where it is discarded. The rake will clean all of the litter in the box, including the clumps of waste as well. Rakes are popular, although the shifting litter boxes are by far more popular and more common.

They are great to have for cats that spend a lot of time by themselves, as they virtually eliminate any scooping of litter on your part. You can find them at your local pet or department store, even online as well. They are very affordable - and ideal for anyone who doesn't like scooping waste from their litter box.

I have found that having three litter boxes around the house that the chore of cleaning the boxes are a lot easier. It is also better for the cats. having multiple little boxes makes it easier for them to get to a litter box. Also finding a cat already in it prevents them from having to wait they can just go to another one. I have found it to be a lot less smelly and convenient.

This is utter nonsense as it is not the fecal matter that stinks it is the urine especially if you have male cats. Do not be so lazy change the whole litter at least twice a week and you will never have an issue. Buy the cheap stuff who cares! Though in some baking soda to boot. I had mine in the kitchen in my last house and no one even knew it was there. In case any are so curious I use 1.5 bags (20 kg) in a month for less then $10.

My newest addition to the family is very interested in the potty. I think he will be rather easy to train to use the potty. I will see about getting this done. It really helps if you can train the cat to flush. The problem with that is they think it is a way to get fresh water all the time. Nothing like hearing your toilet flush three times in a row because your cat it thirsty and too lazy to go to the water bowl.
