Oyamada Introduction

I'm a Japanese. I really got interested in this site because I might be able to get some opinions gathered from all over the world. It has been said that Japan has the unique tradition. But in these ten years, a social situation in Japan has changed.
Globalism is giving a lot of influence, not least, to economic and political fields.
It is getting harder to keep our tradition that our ancestor managed to develop for a very long time. At the same time, some kind of our identity seems to gradually disappear from our circumstances. It could be inevitable. I would like to know various views on other people's cultures on this site.
