A veteran left paralyzed by a gunshot wound in Afghanistan is getting some much-needed help now that he's back home, and it has a lot to do with a prisoner at the correctional center in Concord.

working with animals is very therapeutic so this might be a good way to help some very deserving people while helping inmates. Working with animals is very therapeutic and perhaps it might help brighten their day and open them to rehabilitation programs. Though I doubt it. Most important you get a war vet some much needed help.
Getting help to war veterans is a must. Having a dog or other pet to help them get things the vet cannot is a plus in the vet getting back on their feet and not just ending their life. Many vets are feeling left out and in the dark because they can not do things that they once could do. Hopefully this will help more of them get the help they need.
