Religion The Leftism Is

I see leftism as simply a type political view, but not religious despite the growing number of people involved. You can be a Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, etc and still be a leftist. I don't think religion would be considered a main reason (But still another reason that can be counted) to what causes people to be or become leftists. I believe it's more on a reflection of their character as a whole and what they really want, however even that can be faked as well.
