Judge Aaron Persky, who gave Brock Turner lenient sentence in rape case, recalled from office. Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Aaron Persky sentenced Turner, who could have faced 14 years in prison, to only six months behind bars in 2016. Source 3y.
