Goldeneye 007 for the Nintendo 64 is my vote. I'm not even a huge James Bond fan, but that game was great.

Honestly, I would love to see a remake of Parasite Eve, a horror survival game with a female officer as the protagonist. Based on, and treated as a sequel to a Japanese novel, which had a very unique or interesting premise and amazing soundtrack… Though with graphics that have not aged well and controls that could use some tweaking, since there were issues with item interaction and even the use of guns or targeting. Even walking animation, since if I remember in the original it was like she was still walking in high heels from what she was wearing in the first part of the game since the game starts at an opera house where she was wearing a dress and high heels, where for the rest of the game she wears her police uniform.

If those aspects could be improved and the game was given HD graphics, I feel a remake of Parasite Even could be amazing.

I agree they should flesh out these text based RPGs. They already have a lot content and what is left is visualization of it in a game engine.
