When I used to rent a place I made sure it had washer and dryer as well as a fridge and stuff it saves you a lot of time and money this way.

Here in Spain, depending on the area you get great amenities. A huge fridge, air- condition and other nice things. Of course rent isn't very cheap so you're actually paying for it.
