Of Course because they do not want to go to school so they act out and get suspended thus they learn that hey if I act up and cause issues I will not have to go to school and there fore you raise a few kids that have little to no education who will probably turn to a life of crime because they can not do anything else in life. I think there has to be a better way that we can hep these kids learn and yet keep them away from others and to stop them causing trouble.
