Okay, this one is interesting. Natural dyes made from corn that actually has some healthful properties. That sounds like a good thing. My question is, what is so special about Peruvian corn that makes it better?

I wish they would stop messing with the food and just leave it alone. If anything they should come up with a better way to keep pests away rather than using pesticides in crops and trying to make corn colorful. .
