Quasar Introduction - Page 16

You know, if you electrocute your neighbor's dog, they might be a tad upset with you. You think you could be a little more careful with the current? You sound like that TV guy... what was his name? MacGyver! Always making some useful toy out of common household items and saving the day... and leaving a wake of destruction behind him.

Introduction Quasar

QUOTE (Quasar @ 19-Nov 08, 3:49 PM)
Ldsf say what you think too. Everyone should let it all out.

I am not sure what do you hope to accomplish by asking people to tell you what they think. Why? Because I think you know exactly how you come across but since you want me to tell you what I think then I would say I think you're an attention seeker, and that you have a need to be the center of attention. I also think you are a very emotional person and that gets you in trouble sometimes. You want people to talk constantly about you whether is good or bad, does not make a difference to you as long as its about *you*.

I also think you can give great contributions when you choose to do so but you can also be quite immature and emotional in your responses to others. Your concept of wittiness is crudeness.

I am not expecting you or anyone to agree but simply answering what you asked me.

Let the real Quasar come out and shine and throw the other one in the trash bin.

Quasar you like reactions from people and might be a tad of an antagonist. One of your best qualities I see is a sharp mind and a caring heart. I am quick to accept people for who they are and chuckle at follies including mine own.

Only thing I can think if you wish to meditate on is read James 19 and 20. Then reflect on it. Also look up rebellious in the Bible once that is done see if you find any sin in these areas. You might be surprised what you see. I personally am a quiet rebel taking soft approaches with it, almost cost me my marriage. Boy am I glad God has more grace then I.

Put that strong will of yours to good deeds and you will be one of the leading saints that other look to. I have no doubts on that. Your a good egg my friend.

Now as for the electric fence no it will not kill the dog but his badder might not forget the experience for a bit. The water gun is a more human answer though it will take longer of like I mentioned before teach the dog where it can go urinate.

Shocking a dog is ok killing it with electricity is not. Electric fence is made to shock not electrocute or we would have many dead cows and horses. FYI electricity kills cattle easier them humans, not sure where dogs fall in. I learned this from real life experience.

A local farmer complained his electrical bills were creeping up but he had no idea why since operation on the farm never changed. By the time I went to see him the next week he has lost 3 beasts and the vet had no idea why but they all had dropped dead within 30 feat of the same spot. I took measurement from his main panels and in the barn the electric fence even when off was drawing low level current. Current was gong into the cable but none at the power supply and voltage was slightly low. Pulling up thee cable from the ground he found a think crack in the insulated direct buried cable in the same area the cattle had died. The current was leaking into the ground and was just enough to bother the cattle when they stood in the electrical puddle and tucked the dc fence. Either one on their own was ok. Likely one of the strangest thing I have run across in the business.

I tend to agree with your last posts, but being the center of attention that I like to be I was just excited last night when I heard the Dog yelp and wanted to share that.

The device worked! And I always get excited with that sort of thing. The dog looked fine too. I will just keep it operational for 2 more days and that should do it. I got the current low enough.

Good scriptures. Very applicable. And I do like to get a rise out of people on occasion.

LDSF do you feel better now? I agree with about 90% of your post, but I know you like me and wish you would stop flirting with me in this way.

See now this is much better!

I don't understand this. Are you saying that a low voltage underground cable killed 3 cows?

Introduction Quasar

Believe it or not yes it was the 120 volt running to the a/c to d/c converter was the leak.

The cow stepped in to he puddle of electricity around where the crack in the wires was then when it touched the electric fence it was enough to kill (electrocute) the cow!

The vet told the farmer that cows are not very tolerant to electrical shock compared to human standards.

I am glad the rig worked and I bet your right a another night or two the dog will stop messing on your tires.

I promise I wont return it with a smart answer or be negative in my response.

What a waste of time to have replied to your question if you did not have the respect to take it seriously. Not happening again, that's for sure since you obviously do not know when to joke around and when to be serious.

Good luck.

Funny thing is... I saw your Thread asking for input (the shoutbox one too) and did not bother reply because as patterns show you usually say that you will "not", but revert to making a sarcastic remark regardless. Also, as LDS_forever pointed out the need for highlight is the 'cheesy' part I was talking about. I was trying to share how noticeable it was. Just be neutral for flipping one Post will you already.
