Mall Trincity Flood

Don't HCL own Trincity Mall? I'd have thought that a big company like that would have taken more precautions against this occuring, especially since there is a river right beside it.

Flood In Trincity Mall Caribbean / Tobago & Trinidad

I have always said that all that flat land out there being developed without adequate drainage is ripe for major flooding. Infrastructure always seems to take second stage in development here.

There were approximately 20 customers inside the bank when the mid-morning waters arrived. The bank was forced to close from 11.45 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. ...
