Reflections on your father
My father
He wasn't a tinker, nor a tailor. He was however both a soldier and a sailor. He was neither a rich man, a poor man or a begger and he abhorred thieves.
He taught me that a mans word was his bond and that one shouldnt take oneself too seriously.
Socialist in his beliefs he was of iron clad resolve - despite this he would help those he could yet he was no fool and neither would he suffer fools gladly.
First time in the Town
First time in the Town
The memories of entering Town for the first time will stay with me forever. The sounds of commerce and human interaction, the smells of close human habitation, some sweeter than others. Even the air tasted different to that within the forest which, up until then, had been my home.
I was amazed at the number of attractive woman who stared at me enticingly and the number of dice and card games, in I was invited to partake. With hindsight, I of course, now see that within me they must have recognised some navet upon which they might prey. Looking back I wonder how I survived that first day with my coin purse and indeed my life, intact.

Im feeling a bit listless at the moment my old friend.
I took a pasting a few days ago from some thugs in the market and so I want to take some time to recover from those injuries. Im spending most of my days getting some training and studying in to prep me for another quest which Ill look to take when I'm fully healed.
That said my money is running low and so I may need to act earlier than, ideally Id have wanted to.
Why Am I Telsor?
Despite being somewhat roguish in his behaviour, Telsor, is a tough heart, good in nature.
He believes in the golden rule that one must treat others as one wishes to be treated and that relationships, whether, personal or business, can only function if equitable and the parties, who are subject to the relationship, behave in an equitable fashion.
Finding a job
Finding a job
My hope in coming to Town was to seek gainful employment as either a messenger, courier, scout or as a procurement agent.
These tasks I have done, and to be sure they have earned me a little gold (Indeed more than I could ever have hoped for back home) and also provided with an element of experience but on my travels I soon realised that far greater challenges and quests were available if one knew where to look and possessed the right skills.
It is now, that having undertaken some of these tasks that I find my appetite for ever greater adventures whetted further.
Wish I could change this about myself
Wish I could change this about myself
Truthfully not a great deal for what Telsor is, has made him who he is.
There was perhaps one thing that he might tone down a little, but it was hard to give it a name. An independent bolshiness, born from his working class background and instilled into him by his father, that hed always carried.
Even as an adolescent Telsor had never felt the need to go with the herd, to follow someone just because they had a title or to do what he was told just because someone was, supposedly, in a position of authority.
On more than one occasion this had led to him being seen as churlish by his peers and his supposed superiors. These days however he was polishing his people skills, so that, whilst still retaining the independent streak he was losing the bolshiness, and instead of being seen as churlish, people now saw him more as independent and free thinking man who wasn't bound as tightly by the constraints of society as others.
Yes, it still needed work, but he was working on it and so, instead of wishing for something to change he was going out there and making it happen.
