Can You Legally Change Your Age?

Dutch man, 69, sues to lower his age by 20 years. Emile Ratelband, a "Positivity trainer" who has called himself a "Young god," has asked a local court to shift his birthday from March 11, 1949 to March 11,1969. Source 2l.

Please tell me he did not win this case. I've read where people want to change their birth gender on their birth certificate but this crazy idea beats that.
