It's definitely irresponsible for her to do that, but to CHARGE money for it is even worse. At best she's essentially a contract killer and the so-called "customers" are bagmen for their own execution. This level of recklessness on her part should at the very least constitute a charge of negligent homicide.

This is a interesting case. First off you have these little kits with instructions on how to commit suicide. WHo needs instructions? IF a person wants to kill themselves there are many ways to do it and it is free. TO pay someone for a kit just seems wrong.
Second I can not see anyone actually charging her with a crime because she is not forcing anyone to send her money for one of her little kits. I think if someone is wiling to send her money for a kit then that should be a big wake up call to their friends.
You may think the seller is crazy but she is obviously in a business where she only gets one purchase per person and she may have many even if its just for the novelty of the order.

The media attention is going to help with the novelty sales. As some of the others mentioned, you don’t need help with this. A few searches online will give you more than enough information to pull it off successfully.
