Van Hit By Police Cars

There is a video online of a van coming out of a minor road and being hit by fast moving TTPS cars. Social media attacking the TTPS but for me the van is wrong too because he is coming out of a minor road. If you saw it what do you think?

I think they are both wrong. The van should have been more cautious but the police cars were moving too fast. Even Commissioner Griffith said they were doing 90 there and the first car did not have lights on.
