BRIDGETOWN, Barbados: The Chairman of the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO), Allen Chastanet, on Tuesday named Director of Marketing for the Americas, Hugh Riley, as Interim Secretary General of the organisation. Riley will act in the position while the CTO completes the search for a new Secretary General.
