Supreme Court: Racism can upend jury verdicts

A juror's disparaging remarks about Mexicans during private deliberations may be enough to vacate a guilty verdict, Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote. There is racism everywhere if you look for it. It does not surprise me that it made its way into a jury. I hope the accused gets another trial with an impartial jury but that could be hard. If there are a lot of racist people out there.
