Sandals Tobago

I was all for Sandals coming to Tobago but why was it to be done at the government's expense? I think this was the biggest problem most people had with the entire thing.

There was too much secrecy with the whole thing like if there was something to hide. Someone even had to take the government to court in order make them say what they were doing.
