Helping infants survive brain cancer. Choroid plexus carcinoma (CPC) is a particularly challenging type of brain cancer: The tumor most commonly arises in infants under the age of one. Progress in developing effective therapies has been hindered by the lack of models that could help researchers better understand the cancer. I believe cancer has to do very much with genetics or something that has to do with genetical mutation. It's the fact that babies can already be born with cancer or it's developed from very young without a proper explanation.
