Quality Of Diesel Fuel In Trinidad And Tobago

My diesel fuel pump recently took a dive (Failed) and after doing some research I've found that a lot of people are having similar problems even on new cars. Many locally are saying the quality of the imported fuel is not as good as what Petrotrin gave the country. Here are some more thoughts on it at: High sulfur diesel endangering luxury vehicles. What is your take on the quality of diesel fuel in Trinidad and Tobago?
