Model trips on catwalk and dies. A male model has died after he collapsed on the catwalk in front of a horrified crowd, with some people assuming it was part of an “act”. Source 2t

With bigger events such as this it's really hard for people to react when the performer got suddenly ill since there are so many 'acts' that are similar to this. It's unfortunate that it isn't and act and hopefully the people can recover witnessing a man who was about to die.
