That's why I don't get why they took nap time out of elementary school. If it has all these benefits to our children then why would we remove something that increases their productivity.
We've taken naps and recess out of school, and it's so disappointing. Along with the benefits of recharging after a little nap, having a little bit of time to take a break and enjoy yourself can also be beneficial. I am a support for this is schools AND in just our general society!
