I know I always feel more relaxed and refreshed after a shower. I tend to have one in the morning to get my day started, but sometimes I take one at night and I can sleep better than usual.

Better Sleep You Helps Bedtime Bath A

Maybe I'm a bit of a stinky but I usually do not like to shower at night just because I rather be doing other things. But I do know that a shower does make you relax so sleeping could be the next stage.
