He maintains a council with the merchants and guild leaders, and some say he even has an emissary with the thieves. They all struggle for power but he keeps the balance. At what age will I be Ruler?

As these things go, I reckon it will take me another ten years. In which case I will be in my late thirties. Hopefully that will give me enough years to bring about the Freedom that I envision. For that shall be my lasting legacy.
