African-American kids from the most disadvantaged areas are about half as likely to receive emergency bystander CPR following an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest than white children in disadvantaged or more prosperous neighborhoods. Of course It's less likely, look at the African American children getting kidnapped, nobody looks for them. If something happens to blonde hair and blue eyes people would trip on their own feet to save them, skin color doesn't matter. A child's life does.
