The team specifically examined the effects of employers enhancing the lunches of bus drivers in China with fresh fruit and found that it reduced depression among the drivers and increased their confidence in their own work performance. That's what makes a good leader - having integrity, equal effort and charisma contributes to higher morale among your workers and more leaders should take notice that acting strictly does not exactly pertain to higher performance. This falls down to morals when you apply the actual imagination of do to others on how you'd like to be treated and if you don't have morals - less people would look up to you in the first place.
