Get ready for 2020. Julian Castro officially announces he's running for president, one day after Rep. Tulsi Gabbard declared her candidacy. The former Obama cabinet official made his announcement Saturday in his hometown of San Antonio, where he was once mayor. At 44, Castro is one of the youngest of the expected candidates and the most well-known Latino figure in a race that's likely to revolve around immigration policy.
