I'm not sure if some of these people who would livestream or upload grotesque content of themselves being involved in violence with animals or even humans are doing it for attention or they have some serious case of sadism. I'd say that even if it's a different reason they need some sort of medical help for that's where criminal minds begin - starting from violently harming animals and insects to humans and even more.
