BRADES, Montserrat: The signing of a memorandum of understanding between the governments of Montserrat and Jamaica was given life over the period 27 - 29 August with the visit to Montserrat of a nineteen member strong technical team from Jamaica. The team was deployed by the Jamaica Prime Minister, Bruce Golding.
