So this cop is being honored for his work on the streets but one city official did not think he was deserving of it and let him know that. The woman with the purple head piece is having her own emotional frustrations from the time he asked for the mic. Many do not know what some Blacks in the USA have to go through. Your thoughts:

I don't think it was the right forum for it. I fully understand this guy's frustration but I think he just acted emotional. The police officer's response with the big thumbs up is incredibly disrespectful and you can tell that his attitude comes from someone who believes he can do whatever he wants.
