Wish I could change this about myself

There are so many things I wish I could change about myself and the first would be my ability to acquire the skills I need to move ahead. I am missing the element of wealth so it makes it difficult to pay the gold.

I was made a ruler overnight because of a visit from my mother in spirit form. I was so excited to see her 'alive' again but at the same time I wonder if it was her because her interest was mostly in showing me how to rule a kingdom rather than catch up on all the time we were apart.
