He is a 69 year old man. Not only he is heading to a very old age he probably has been bottling up a lot of grudges and hatred towards everything in general. This is problem that often happens when the state's system ignores some people who genuinely needs help and if not the state - the people who ignore people who would show specific suspicious signs before going off on a rampage.
