I mean, considering Hawaii is surrounded by ocean they will experience consistent flooding. Not only that but with the global warming issue in other areas increasing that will also put islands like Hawaii at great risk. There should be something to eventually evacuate those people over the decades because sea levels won't be the same as it once existed again.
