Very informative video. Before I watched it I always had an idea that those who are "Nice" all the time isn't really fully genuine to what they do, sometimes it has to do a lot with how they value themselves and seeking approval from others at the end of the day.

I've been described as too nice by a lot of people. Usually I am nice just because that's just how I think everyone should be treated. There are times where I am nice to get what I want, I won't deny that, but it's a rare thing. I feel guilty if I'm the cause of anyone's sadness or negative feelings.
