GEORGETOWN, Guyana (GINA): The Caribbean Festival of Arts (CARIFESTA) X culminated on Sunday and Guyana has been receiving commendations from many quarters for successfully hosting the mega event. Minister of State for Culture in the Bahamas, Charles Maynard praised the manner in which the event was executed.
