I think what made this one different was the number of witnesses to it, the length of time and the brazen attitude of the cop on his neck. People could not believe what was happening.

A lawyers for one of the cops (Not the one with his knee on Floyd's neck) is claiming that if the police was so wrong why didn't they as bystanders try to intervene. As far as I know you can't be telling the police how to do their job. Most you can do is record what is happening and make a call to the police for a supervisor.
