Black Lives Matter vs All Lives Matter

We all know what is happening in the US with the protests and police. There is a shout of "Black Lives Matter" and then there is "All Lives Matter". What are your thoughts on this?

I believe the "All Lives Matter" tries to trivialize the importance of the "Black Lives Matter" movement to make it sound as if their plight is not as important.

The all lives matter is kind of a given. Of course all lives matter but the point is a lot of people are ignoring that Black lives also matter just as much as all lives matter. So no one should try to take away from the black lives matter movement by trying to say 'x matters' as well.

Black lives matter! There is nothing wrong with the statement and people need to embrace the movement because it isn't going away. It was born out of the injustice towards black people in America and we can't forget.

What about Hispanics because they do go through a lot of things that the black community experiences. Maybe a better term is 'colored people matter'?

This is their plight and time. I don't see anything wrong with the theme Black Lives Matter. In fact, if other races and ethnic backgrounds ant to chant the same for their own race they can do it but nothing should be taken away from the Black Lives Matter movement.
