Mysterious Person at the Tavern

A strange person approached me when I entered a the tavern. His demeanor was calm and he did not look like a rogue or a drunkard so I listened. He offered me some food and drink which I refused but I did sit and talk. At first I thought he was going to present an offer of gold to search for treasure but it was not that. He said he represented a rich merchant who is interested in seeing me achieve my destiny to be the Ruler of Kings. I felt I was being watched but did not want to seem afraid so I listened. After he told me all and an endowment to be received I accepted.
