Fuad Abu Bakr

Fuad Abu Bakr, the son of Yasin Abu Bakr, held a press conference today. He recounted what led to his arrest after the recent POS protests in Trinidad.

He is educated, so he was eloquent in what he said happened, however there is always two sides to a story. He did seem to bring up some rather credible points that are wrong with the legal system. Yet, I do not know the other side of the events that let up to his incarceration, but what are your thoughts?

Below is capture of him with the background of his party's logo and theme. I do not know if it was planned but I found it interesting how the crown hovered behind him.

I am interested to see if he can win a case against Gary Griffith and TTPS, because if he can that will set a precedent to how arrests are made in T&T.

The PNM wouldn't accept him so now he wants to run against them. I just don't see POS being anything else other than "PNM" because most of them in that area is "PNM til we dead".

I feel the stigma of his father follows him around no matter what he does or says so the police will have a natural dislike for his presence.
