Like Quasar mentioned, that isn't even a picture of Cain--not even to any LDS people that might go with the whole Cain/Bigfoot idea.

Well many of the early Brethren thought that we can tell 'inferiority' of a pre-existent state for each individual based on their race. Keep in mind... Jesus was born a Jew.
